Cancellation Policy

 - Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided the order status has not yet been updated to "Shipped." Once the item is in transit, the order cannot be canceled.



Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive for quality, but if something isn't right, we are here to help.
 - Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit or if the incorrect item (model/color) was received.
 - Requirement: To process a claim, customers must provide an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
 - Claim Period: Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
 - Refund Process: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card or Bank Account) within 7–14 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
